A multidisciplinary systems company is seeking a technical and people leader to guide a team of approximately three software developers. The role combines team management, hands-on technical leadership, system planning, and embedded software development.
Responsabilidades
- Provide professional and technical leadership for a team of approximately three developers
- Mentor and train junior developers
- Plan and manage Agile sprints
- Assign tasks and track execution using Azure DevOps
- Lead software design, development, integration, and release processes
- Collaborate with systems, hardware, infrastructure, integration, and testing engineers
- Ensure development follows company methodologies and procedures
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of software development experience
- At least 3 years of C/C++ development experience
- Experience developing real-time embedded systems
- Experience with Linux and/or VxWorks
- Professional leadership or management experience in a software development team
- Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint management
- Experience across the full software life cycle
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or practical engineering education with significant experience
- Willingness and ability to undergo a security clearance process
