Lead a team developing low-level software and a unified platform for deploying AI models on edge devices. Own system architecture, edge laboratory operations, performance optimization, validation, and the transition from proof of concept to production.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and mentor C/C++ low-level software engineers.
- Define platform architecture and develop modular abstractions for heterogeneous edge hardware.
- Oversee drivers, operating-system components, runtimes, resource management, and multithreaded software.
- Manage edge laboratory infrastructure, hardware allocation, workspace readiness, and new device integration.
- Set technical quality standards and approve systems after validation of latency, memory usage, and power efficiency.
- Standardize the workflow from proof of concept through development, testing, optimization, and deployment.
Requisitos
- 10+ years of system-level development experience focused on low-level, embedded, or systems software.
- Experience managing an engineering team or providing strong technical leadership in complex engineering environments.
- Expert proficiency in C and C++, with extensive Linux systems experience.
- Strong knowledge of computer architecture, memory management, and concurrency.
- Proven ability in system-level debugging, profiling, benchmarking, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with edge hardware and hardware-software interfaces.

- Experience with NVIDIA Jetson or SIMA platforms.
- Experience establishing or managing hardware laboratories, benchmarking environments, or validation processes.
- Background in edge AI/ML inference.
