Lead an embedded software engineering team developing an NPU AI software stack spanning host SDKs, runtimes, APIs, drivers, and embedded firmware for edge AI systems.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and manage an embedded software engineering team
- Own the design, development, and implementation of components in an NPU AI software stack
- Align software architecture and development with technical strategy, roadmap, CI, and release processes
- Collaborate with architects, hardware, NPU, and software teams to integrate solutions
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, performance reviews, and professional development support
- Track project timelines and deliverables
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- At least 3 years of software team leadership experience
- At least 5 years of hands-on embedded or firmware software engineering experience
- Strong C/C++ development skills, including drivers and RTOS
- Experience developing complex embedded software systems
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Se valora
- Firmware and middleware development experience
- Experience with NPU, AI accelerator, or DSP software stacks
- Familiarity with TVM, MLIR, IREE, TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX, or TFLite
