Own production infrastructure for an enterprise conversational AI platform, spanning AWS-hosted SaaS and customer-managed private cloud or air-gapped installations. This is a customer-facing role working directly with enterprise infrastructure and security teams.
Responsabilidades
- Build, operate, and improve AWS SaaS infrastructure, including EKS, networking, data stores, reliability, and cost management, using Infrastructure as Code.
- Maintain Helm charts and container distribution so customers can install the platform in their Kubernetes environments.
- Plan and execute deployments in customer private clouds and on-premises or air-gapped environments, partnering with customer infrastructure teams through go-live.
- Lead or support customer security reviews and architecture discussions, and relay enterprise requirements to internal teams.
- Implement and maintain security controls, including IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, and WAF.
- Operate metrics, logs, tracing, and alerting for SaaS and customer deployments, including monitoring that keeps customer telemetry inside their networks.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, ephemeral pull-request environments, release automation, and local development workflows.
- Own on-call responsibilities for SaaS tenants and customer installations.
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer.
- Hands-on AWS experience, including EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation or CDK, and WAF.
- Strong Kubernetes knowledge, including cluster architecture, networking, and production troubleshooting; Helm chart authoring is required.
- Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or an equivalent tool.
- Experience owning CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and artifact pipelines.
- Experience with Docker, container packaging, registries, and distributing containers to customer-controlled environments.
- Strong Python and Bash scripting and automation skills.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Coralogix, or CloudWatch.
- Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to lead technical customer discussions and explain architecture clearly.
- Track record operating highly available, production-grade service-oriented systems.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and ability to work through deployment blockers.
