Lead and mentor DevOps engineers while designing AWS cloud architectures and delivering infrastructure projects for customers. The role combines technical leadership, hands-on engineering, customer engagement, and team development.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, mentor, and support the development of DevOps engineers through prioritization, code reviews, training, and knowledge sharing.
- Establish team standards, best practices, and reusable templates; support recruitment and onboarding.
- Promote adoption of AI tools in team workflows.
- Design secure, available, scalable, and cost-effective AWS architectures and lead greenfield environment setup, including landing zones, multi-account structures, and networking.
- Lead cloud migration and modernization projects and advise customer technology leaders on requirements, solutions, and infrastructure roadmaps.
- Contribute to presales through technical proposals and effort estimates.
- Design infrastructure for AI projects, including services and components for model development, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
- Lead enterprise infrastructure as code using Terraform or CloudFormation, and design CI/CD and GitOps processes.
- Drive observability, cloud security, compliance, and FinOps initiatives.
- Handle complex incidents and lead post-incident reviews.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of DevOps experience, including at least 3 years working hands-on with AWS.
- At least 2 years of professional experience as a Team Lead or Tech Lead.
- Experience designing complex cloud architectures and building AWS environments from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of AWS networking and AWS Organizations or multi-account environments.
- Proficiency with Terraform, including enterprise-level modules.
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and Helm.
- Experience designing and leading CI/CD and GitOps processes.
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Python or Bash, and cloud security services and controls.
- Advanced use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
- High-level English for technical documentation and work with international customers.
- Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and decision-making skills; able to manage multiple projects and customers.

- Experience in a project-based company, consulting firm, managed service provider, or AWS Partner.
- AWS Professional or Specialty certifications.
- Experience leading large-scale AWS migrations or building infrastructure for agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with presales, technical proposals, serverless, FinOps, cloud cost optimization, compliance frameworks, or Azure and GCP.
