Join a cybersecurity startup’s core engineering team to build production AI systems for a real-time endpoint threat detection platform. This hands-on role combines machine learning, LLMs, agents, and large-scale production engineering.
Responsabilidades
- Design and build production ML and LLM systems end to end
- Develop AI agents that analyze data, detect anomalies, reason over context, and generate security events
- Build and optimize data pipelines, retrieval systems, and RAG architectures
- Develop context engineering, structured outputs, prompts, and agent workflows
- Design evaluation frameworks and measure model and system quality
- Implement guardrails, monitoring, and observability for non-deterministic AI systems
- Make architectural decisions involving latency, scale, reliability, and cost
- Select and combine classical algorithms, traditional ML, and LLMs based on the problem
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience building and operating large-scale production systems
- Hands-on experience with Python, Go, Java, or a similar language
- Experience building and operating ML- or LLM-based production systems
- Understanding of LLM deployment constraints, including scale, latency, reliability, and cost
- Hands-on experience with AI agents, retrieval, context engineering, prompting, and structured outputs
- Data science fundamentals, including dataset creation and refinement
- Experience designing evaluations and measuring AI system performance
- Strong algorithmic foundation and judgment in selecting classical algorithms, traditional ML, or LLM-based approaches
