Responsabilidades
- Identify opportunities for AI and automation across the organization.
- Analyze workflows, systems, and data to find manual work, bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies.
- Design and build internal tools, AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations.
- Own solutions from problem definition and approach selection through implementation and impact measurement.
- Collaborate with product, sales, finance, operations, and engineering teams.
- Explore AI tools and technologies and apply them where they can create meaningful impact.
Requisitos
- Hands-on experience building projects, tools, workflows, or automations using AI.
- Active practical use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Strong systems, analytical, and product thinking; able to turn complex problems into practical solutions.
- Comfort working with systems, data, APIs, and automation tools.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Curiosity, attention to detail, independence, and a strong sense of ownership.
Se valora
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Retool, or Clay.
- Experience with APIs, SQL, Python, or scripting.
- Background in product, operations, finance, sales, business operations, fintech, or payments.
- Previous startup or high-tech experience.
- Technical education in computer science, engineering, programming, information systems, or a related field; self-taught builders are also welcome.
