Lead end-to-end development of AI and generative AI systems, from prototypes to production, for a large financial organization.
Responsabilidades
- Develop AI and generative AI systems using LLMs and agent frameworks such as LangGraph, from prototyping through production.
- Build and maintain robust data models and inference pipelines.
- Design and implement scalable embedding systems and RAG architectures.
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of production software development experience.
- Deep expertise in Python, including asyncio, concurrency, and Pydantic, as well as JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience building cloud-native systems with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes, including services such as S3 and Lambda.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, observability, data streaming, and managed queues such as AWS SQS or Kafka.
- Experience designing scalable microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed backend systems.
- Ability to design for high load, traffic spikes, and failures, using techniques such as rate limiting, queues, backpressure, and dead-letter queues.
