Build and operate production AI agents that complete cybersecurity workflows. Own solutions from technical design through deployment and iteration with real customer use.
Responsabilidades
- Design, build, and ship AI-powered features for complex cybersecurity workflows.
- Develop agent tools and integrations, planning and orchestration logic, context management, structured outputs, and failure recovery.
- Select technical approaches that combine models, deterministic logic, data, and conventional software as appropriate.
- Define quality measures and build evaluation pipelines for correctness, task completion, consistency, safety, latency, and cost; integrate them into CI and release processes.
- Debug production agent behavior and address root causes across prompts, tools, data, and architecture.
- Own the reliability, observability, and cost of agent systems.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists, product teams, and platform engineers.
Requisitos
- Strong software engineering skills and substantial production experience with Python.
- Experience shipping and operating backend systems, including APIs, asynchronous processing, data pipelines, testing, and observability.
- Hands-on experience building applications with modern language models, including tool use, structured generation, retrieval, prompt and context management, and evaluation.
- Sound judgment in choosing between AI techniques and deterministic approaches.
- Ability to own ambiguous problems through to reliable production systems.

- Experience building autonomous or long-running agents that interact with real systems.
- Experience building model evaluation pipelines, simulations, or benchmarks.
- Background in cybersecurity, identity, security operations, or enterprise automation.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks, MCP, or LLM observability and tracing tools.
