Turn AI research proofs of concept into scalable, efficient implementations for AI hardware. Work with researchers to evaluate model architectures and develop repeatable infrastructure that connects validated research to the SDK, compiler, and quantization paths.
Responsabilidades
- Scale research proofs of concept across model sizes, tasks, and datasets.
- Diagnose failures in model theory, architecture, data generalization, and system constraints.
- Collaborate with researchers to adapt models for efficient execution on specialized hardware.
- Build benchmark harnesses, ablation tools, and reference implementations for repeatable evaluation.
- Connect validated research to SDK, compiler, and quantization workflows.
- Propose and lead new research directions as experience grows.
Requisitos
- 3–5 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering or applied AI/ML research experience.
- Experience scaling models and diagnosing issues across mathematics, architecture, data, and systems.
- Working knowledge of multiple efficient-inference techniques, such as quantization, low-bit pipelines, KV-cache compression, speculative decoding, or kernel and memory optimization.
- Familiarity with at least one non-Transformer model family, such as state-space models or diffusion models.
- Strong Python fundamentals and systems fluency near compiler, runtime, or hardware-abstraction layers.
- Able to work with partially validated research without a fixed specification.
