Own end-to-end product development, AI developer tooling, and production LLM capabilities. Build resilient backend services and help engineering teams use AI effectively. This is a full-time, office-based role in Tel Aviv.
Responsabilidades
- Own product features from requirements and technical design through implementation, review, testing, and production rollout, using AI coding agents.
- Design and maintain internal AI development tools, coding-agent skills and plugins, development pipelines, and evaluation suites.
- Set standards for reviewing, testing, and securing AI-generated code.
- Build and deploy LLM-powered features, including agents, RAG, tool calling, and workflow integrations, using Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, and Azure.
- Design and operate scalable, event-driven backend services with resilience, observability, and security suitable for a regulated environment.
- Lead technical design reviews and architectural decisions for agentic and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with Product and business stakeholders to turn requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor engineers in effective and responsible use of AI during software development.
Requisitos
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in backend development, software engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong Python skills and experience building scalable, resilient, secure backend systems and APIs.
- Production experience using AI coding agents, reviewing and correcting AI-generated code.
- Production experience with LLM APIs, including tool calling, structured outputs, evaluation, and cost and latency optimization.
- Experience with asynchronous processing, event-driven architectures, and microservice patterns.
- Knowledge of cloud and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and observability.
- Security and compliance awareness, including PII handling, secrets management, and auditability.
- Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English; able to lead technical discussions and work with technical and business stakeholders.

- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience building developer tools, SDKs, or platform capabilities.
- Familiarity with vector search and RAG, including pgvector or Azure AI Search.
- Experience with Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, or message brokers such as Azure Service Bus.
- Experience in FinTech, lending, real-estate underwriting, or regulated environments.
- Experience with Hebrew/RTL document processing or OCR pipelines.
- A master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
