Responsabilidades
- Build AI agents that execute action sequences, make decisions, and interact with external systems
- Build and maintain RAG architectures that connect language models to organizational knowledge
- Develop Python application logic and integrate solutions into company products
- Design and optimize prompts for language models
- Research AI tools and evaluate model outputs
Requisitos
- B.Sc. in industrial engineering and management, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or data science
- At least 5 years of hands-on full-stack development and Python programming experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing AI systems and products
- Strong understanding of and practical experience building and implementing machine learning models
- Experience writing complex SQL queries to prepare model data and analyze results
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar libraries for LLM applications
Se valora
- M.Sc. in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or data science
- Experience with Qdrant
- Experience building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
- Familiarity with deployment tools and Docker
- Experience improving business processes through automation and AI
