Lead hands-on engineering for complex business transformation challenges, building AI-powered systems from problem discovery and architecture through production and measurable business impact. Help develop engineers and establish reusable technical practices.
Responsabilidades
- Investigate business workflows, decisions, users, data, systems, and constraints to identify what should be built.
- Redesign end-to-end business processes for AI-native operations.
- Own work from problem definition and architecture through implementation, deployment, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
- Architect and build AI-powered applications, agents, workflows, and enterprise systems.
- Deliver secure, reliable, scalable production systems rather than prototypes.
- Set technical standards for the forward-deployed engineering team and develop engineers to own complex work independently.
- Create reusable architecture patterns, components, and practices that help successful solutions scale.
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of software engineering experience, including significant technical leadership.
- Experience in a senior engineering or technical role at a leading global technology company, high-growth technology company, or scaled technology startup.
- Strong coding ability and expertise in software architecture, system design, backend engineering, distributed systems, data, and cloud infrastructure.
- Track record of personally designing, building, and operating complex production systems at scale.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and applied AI systems, including production orchestration, evaluation, observability, reliability, and security.
- Able to work through ambiguity, learn unfamiliar business domains, and turn loosely defined problems into working systems.
- Combines engineering depth with product judgment and business understanding.
- Takes ownership through production and measurable outcomes while remaining hands-on and raising the technical bar of others.
