Responsabilidades
- Build AI-powered solutions, agents, and automated workflows; experiment with LLMs and emerging tools.
- Develop internal tools and applications, identify repetitive processes, and prototype ideas through implementation.
- Connect platforms, applications, and data sources using APIs, webhooks, and automation tools; troubleshoot integrations and improve data flow.
- Analyze business and performance data, identify trends, and create reports, dashboards, and automated data workflows.
- Work with teams to identify inefficiencies, understand business challenges, and deliver practical technical solutions.
- Own projects from idea through implementation and improvement, adapting as priorities change.
Requisitos
- A technical degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience building AI projects, automations, integrations, or applications through academic, personal, freelance, or professional work.
- Understanding of AI, LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted development.
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, or workflow automation.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and analytical problem-solving ability.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work independently in a fast-paced, changing environment.

- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or Lovable.
- SQL, Python, JavaScript, or similar technical skills.
