Join a BI and analytics team to lead end-to-end analytics projects, develop reliable reporting and dashboards, and help stakeholders make data-informed decisions.
Responsabilidades
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance stakeholders to scope analytics projects, define success metrics, and deliver recommendations.
- Translate business needs into metric definitions and data models; build reliable reporting layers and maintain documentation.
- Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards for funnels and KPI monitoring, ensuring accuracy and adoption.
- Analyze trends, anomalies, root causes, and growth opportunities across business areas.
- Automate processes and improve operations using AI/LLM tools, SQL, and Python; build a governed semantic layer and an LLM-powered data-query interface.
- Present clear, data-backed insights to technical and non-technical audiences to inform strategic decisions.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, including building a governed semantic layer and an LLM-powered data-query interface.
- Excellent SQL skills and experience with Python.
- Experience with business intelligence tools, data warehouse design, and data modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent Hebrew and English.
