Join a data products team building and operating the real-time data platform that supports AI-driven commerce trust workflows. Act as a technical anchor across architecture, reliability, and hands-on delivery in a hybrid Tel Aviv role.
Responsabilidades
- Design, build, and operate Flink-based streaming pipelines at production scale
- Own data quality and observability infrastructure, including schema contracts, freshness monitoring, ownership registries, and alerting
- Build and evolve knowledge-base tooling for agents and engineers
- Design reliable data-integrity and failure-recovery systems
- Contribute to a company-wide data foundation initiative
- Set technical direction and uphold architecture standards with engineering leadership and Staff engineers
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of production backend or data infrastructure experience
- At least 2 years at Staff Engineer or equivalent level
- Deep production-scale experience with Flink, Kafka, or equivalent stream-processing systems
- Knowledge of stream-processing failure modes, recovery, and operational challenges
- Strong distributed-systems expertise focused on correctness and reliability
- Experience building or owning data quality or observability infrastructure
- Ability to explain complex systems and facilitate collaborative solutions
- Internal product mindset and experience making deliberate build-versus-not-build decisions
Se valora
- Experience with data contracts, schema registries, or data governance tools
- Experience with Scala, Java, or Kotlin
- Experience with Aerospike, Elasticsearch, or other large-scale data stores
- Experience with agentic or LLM-adjacent infrastructure
- Experience serving as a technical anchor on a small, high-scope team
