Own the lifecycle of business requirements and data solutions, from analysis and design through development, deployment, and production monitoring. Work across on-premises and cloud environments, relational and NoSQL databases, and batch and real-time processes.
Responsabilidades
- Gather and analyze requirements with business stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design and develop data models and data warehouse structures for business processes, reporting, analytics, and regulatory needs.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and troubleshoot performance issues in high-volume production environments.
- Design and implement system integrations, file transfers, and real-time synchronization.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams through requirements, design, delivery, integration testing, and data quality validation.
- Coordinate production deployments and monitor processes after release.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and CI/CD processes.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in systems analysis and data processes.
- Experience writing comprehensive functional and technical specifications.
- Strong SQL skills, including procedures, functions, execution-plan analysis, and query optimization.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT processes in large-scale enterprise data environments.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Knowledge of data modeling, including dimensional modeling, star schemas, and normalization.
- Ability to own work from business requirement through production-ready code.
- Experience working with business stakeholders and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum.
