A technology company is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, develop, and scale real-time data infrastructure and services in cloud environments.
Responsabilidades
- Design, develop, and scale data infrastructure and pipelines.
- Build high-scale systems for real-time data processing.
- Develop backend services primarily in Java.
- Work extensively with Kafka and streaming technologies.
- Own services end to end, including architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems.
- Collaborate with Backend, AI, and Data teams.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in backend development and/or data engineering.
- Significant hands-on experience with Java, Kafka, and Spark.
- Hands-on experience with at least one streaming technology, such as Kafka Streams, Flink, Spark, or Beam.
- Experience developing and maintaining production microservices.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and services.
