Build and operate scalable data infrastructure, pipelines, warehouses, and AI-enabled workflows supporting analytics and data-driven decisions.
Responsabilidades
- Design and build pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Develop and maintain cloud data warehouse architectures
- Optimize data models, queries, and storage for performance, scalability, and cost
- Gather requirements and deliver data solutions with analytics, product, payments, and finance teams
- Maintain data quality, security, privacy, governance, testing, and monitoring practices
- Own production data workflows, resolve incidents, and ensure reliability
- Develop infrastructure for analytics and AI workloads, including transformation and semantic layers
- Design and monitor reliable, scalable agentic workflows that improve data access
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to cross-functional engineering work
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of data engineering experience focused on pipeline development and data warehousing
- Deep proficiency with Snowflake or AWS Redshift
- Strong Python and SQL programming skills
- Production experience building LLM-powered applications or analytical workflows
- Experience with Airflow, AWS Glue, or dbt
- Understanding of data modeling, schema design, and ETL/ELT processes
- Experience in high-growth, product-led, or SaaS environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Se valora
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of GDPR and SOC 2 data privacy and security standards
- Understanding of agent architectures, prompt engineering, and evaluation
