Responsabilidades
- Design data models and schemas for large-scale business intelligence.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex analytical data structures.
- Set organization-wide data modeling standards and best practices.
- Drive performance optimization for analytical queries and reporting workloads.
- Promote LLM-based development, mentor engineers, and build supporting infrastructure.
- Mentor engineers and conduct technical reviews.
- Translate business strategy into data architecture in collaboration with leadership.
- Establish data quality and governance frameworks.
- Lead incident response and reliability improvements for BI systems.
- Evaluate and introduce new technologies and design patterns.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of data engineering experience focused on analytics or business intelligence.
- Expert SQL skills and deep PostgreSQL expertise.
- Strong Python skills, including advanced data manipulation, automation, and testing.
- Demonstrated success integrating LLM-based tools into data engineering workflows.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture.
