Join a financial technology company developing AI-driven banking solutions. Own the architecture and delivery of scalable BI infrastructure, data products, and batch and real-time analytics pipelines supporting internal dashboards and product capabilities.
Responsabilidades
- Own the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performance BI data infrastructure.
- Design data products across ingestion, transformation, modeling, storage, and access.
- Build and maintain batch and real-time ETL/ELT pipelines for analytics, reporting, and product integrations.
- Establish practices for data quality, lineage, observability, and governance.
- Integrate tools and frameworks including Airflow, Databricks, Power BI, and streaming platforms.
- Work with product, engineering, and analytics teams to translate business needs into data infrastructure.
- Promote reliable, self-service data access and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of hands-on data engineering experience, including building analytics and business intelligence data products.
- Experience using AI tools and agentic workflows in data development.
- Strong experience with ETL orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow; Databricks experience is advantageous.
- Extensive knowledge of batch and streaming processing, including technologies such as Kafka and Spark Streaming.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud data engineering environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Looker, or similar data visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
