A consumer cybersecurity company is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build reliable data infrastructure, pipelines, and production-ready datasets for threat detection, risk investigation, and customer protection products.
Responsabilidades
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines that transform raw data into production-ready datasets
- Design scalable and maintainable dbt data models using layered architecture, reusable components, and documentation
- Own cybersecurity data infrastructure, including foundational datasets, governance, observability, and reliable high-scale data delivery
- Orchestrate and monitor Airflow workflows, including scheduling, dependencies, retries, alerting, and SLAs
- Partner with security analysts, data scientists, researchers, and product teams to translate requirements into reliable pipelines and datasets
- Apply testing, validation, and monitoring to ensure the quality and reliability of critical security datasets
Requisitos
- At least 5 years of experience in BI development, analytics engineering, or data warehouse development
- Expert SQL skills and strong knowledge of data modeling, including dimensional modeling, facts and dimensions, and modular design
- Experience with ETL/ELT tools and modern data stacks, including orchestration, transformation, CI, testing, and monitoring
- Experience building data pipelines that feed production systems, detection engines, or operational data products
- Experience with cloud data technologies such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Experience with modern data warehouses such as BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake
- Strong communication skills and a record of delivering data solutions for product or operational outcomes
