A software and information technology company is seeking a Senior Big Data Engineer to build scalable data platforms, pipelines, and processing workflows in a hybrid role based in Rishon LeZion.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and processing workflows.
- Build and optimize data storage, ingestion, and transformation solutions.
- Support large-scale data platforms and maintain data quality and reliability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams on data-driven initiatives.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in data engineering or backend development.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, and Scala.
- Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and Hadoop.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
- Knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and distributed data systems.
