Lead data engineering excellence as a senior individual contributor, advancing scalable data platforms, governance, data quality, and AI-enabled engineering workflows.
Responsabilidades
- Lead data governance, data quality, integrity, and engineering best practices
- Improve data engineering processes, documentation, workflows, scalability, maintainability, and productivity
- Identify, test, and implement AI-powered solutions for engineering and business challenges
- Partner with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable data solutions
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end ETL pipelines
- Develop scalable data models and optimize data warehouses
- Build and support data workflows using Python, BigQuery, Apache Airflow, and cloud technologies
- Develop monitoring solutions for data pipeline reliability and quality
- Influence technical direction and improve data engineering operations
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of data engineering experience
- Strong Python, SQL, BigQuery or comparable analytical database, and Apache Airflow experience
- Deep knowledge of data modeling, ETL design, and cloud data platforms
- Experience designing complex business workflows and data processes
- Experience using AI tools to improve engineering workflows and productivity
- Experience introducing engineering technologies, methodologies, or standards
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
