Lead the design and operation of enterprise-scale data platforms, pipelines, observability solutions, and security analytics systems for a technology company serving government agencies.
Responsabilidades
- Design and implement observability solutions for product and infrastructure security and health monitoring.
- Architect, build, and maintain data platform and pipeline tools for ingestion, streaming, transformation, and storage.
- Partner with security, platform, and engineering teams on incident investigation, OPSEC research, and forensic-ready data analysis.
- Develop interactive dashboards, automated reporting, and alerting workflows that turn production data into actionable insights.
- Improve how data supports OPSEC policies, research, incident response, and cross-team risk mitigation.
Requisitos
- At least 2 years of experience leading a technical team.
- Experience designing and operating enterprise-scale data platforms, data lakes, or data warehouses.
- Strong knowledge of big data ecosystems and monitoring or log-analysis tools for security telemetry, distributed tracing, and incident response.
- High proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or Rust.
- Proficiency in system design, development tools, and practices for building scalable, maintainable solutions.
Se valora
- Experience applying AI to observability or security workflows, including LLM-powered agents, MCP server architecture, anomaly detection, or automated log parsing.
- Production experience with Elasticsearch and Splunk.
- Experience working directly with cybersecurity data sources.
