Partner with the CISO to shape security strategy and lead execution of security initiatives. Run day-to-day security planning and coordinate with senior stakeholders to embed security across the organization.
Responsabilidades
- Partner with the CISO on security strategy and roadmap, and lead execution of key initiatives.
- Manage security priorities, planning, tracking, metrics, and follow-through.
- Translate business objectives into scalable security programs and controls.
- Contribute to security governance, risk management, and decision-making.
- Align security priorities and lead cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Business teams.
- Support regulatory, audit, and customer security requirements.
- Promote AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve security effectiveness and efficiency.
- Foster accountability, operational excellence, and security ownership.
Requisitos
- At least 8 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, or security engineering.
- Experience leading security programs or initiatives in large-scale, high-growth organizations.
- Knowledge across security engineering, security operations, cloud security, incident response, vulnerability management, and governance.
- Experience securing cloud-native environments using AWS, GCP, and/or Azure.
- Strong understanding of security architecture, controls, and modern security technologies.
- Experience with regulatory frameworks, audits, compliance programs, and risk management.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical risks to senior stakeholders in business terms.
- Fluent English and experience working with global teams and international stakeholders.

- Experience in fintech, financial services, or other regulated environments.
- Experience leading AI security or security automation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with security platforms such as CrowdStrike, Wiz, Okta, SIEM, or identity solutions.
- CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC, or equivalent certification.
- Experience building and scaling security teams.
