Provide professional oversight and guidance to engineering teams on communications networks and cyber-secure IT and OT information systems. Oversee cybersecurity standards, threat modeling, work plans, and resource use.
Responsabilidades
- Guide and oversee engineering teams working on communications networks and IT/OT information systems.
- Implement and monitor NIST and ISO cybersecurity standards.
- Analyze and guide implementation of cyber threat-modeling requirements for IT and OT networks.
- Track developments in networking and network security.
- Improve processes and quality through performance measurement, work instructions, methodologies, management and control tools, surveys, and investigations.
- Prepare and monitor detailed work plans, handling organizational conflicts with customers and work commissioners.
- Plan, track, control, and allocate budget and personnel resources.
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, electrical engineering, information systems, or computer science
- At least five years of experience managing teams and matrixed staff; relevant military experience may count
- Strong IT and IT security expertise, including operating systems, Windows and Linux servers, communications equipment, virtualization, storage, and backup
