An entry-level opportunity to support the community of a large mobile user-generated-content game platform. The role works with the Lead Community Manager to build player engagement and develop community management skills.

Обязанности

  • Maintain daily activity on Discord and other social media channels
  • Communicate with players through chats and comments
  • Collect and structure player feedback for the community and development teams
  • Support contests, giveaways, and community events
  • Help moderate the community and respond to negative feedback under guidance

Требования

  • Strong initiative and a proactive approach
  • Confident mass-communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with a large and diverse audience
  • Genuine interest in gaming and community management
  • Willingness to travel for business trips and conferences

  • Experience managing social media accounts or online communities
  • Experience in gaming or user-generated-content projects
  • Understanding of TikTok and YouTube trends
  • Basic understanding of user-generated-content workflows
