Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution of casual free-to-play games across mobile and browser platforms. Use player insights, market data, and experimentation to improve engagement, retention, and monetization while guiding a small cross-functional team.
Обязанности
- Own the game vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Design and evolve gameplay, progression, LiveOps, and monetization features
- Prioritize initiatives by player impact, business value, and development effort
- Analyze player behavior, market trends, and A/B test results
- Lead and mentor a small team and foster a strong product culture
- Collaborate with game designers, artists, engineers, BI, and user acquisition teams from concept through launch
- Balance the game economy and optimize retention, engagement, and monetization
- Apply agile and lean practices, manage risks, remove blockers, and drive execution
- Monitor player expectations, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities
- Partner with studio leadership on product strategy and priorities
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience in game production, product management, or game design for free-to-play mobile games
- Track record of owning and growing successful live casual games
- Strong understanding of player motivation, progression, game economy, and feature design
- Strong product thinking and ability to turn player and business insights into game features
- Analytical approach to validating hypotheses and making product decisions
- Understanding of free-to-play monetization, LiveOps, retention, and user acquisition
- Leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Located within approximately two hours of Central European Time
