Seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the content consumption experience on a creative platform. You will define product vision, drive user onboarding, and optimize engagement through data-driven experimentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver member-centric solutions.

- Define and evangelize product vision, build a prioritized roadmap, and drive progress.
- Gather insights from metrics, member feedback, research, and competitive analysis to translate user needs into product requirements.
- Collaborate with UX, QA, Content, and Engineering to bring new products to market.
- Partner with Product Marketing on go-to-market plans and analyze post-launch performance.
- Use data to identify content gaps and support content acquisition and production.
Требования
- 3-5 years of software product management experience, ideally with zero-to-one product development.
- Owner mindset with cross-functional expertise from ideation through launch and beyond.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to translate user insights into business and experience recommendations.
- Collaborative leadership with a track record of building effective cross-functional relationships.
- Decision-making that balances research with timeliness.
- Detail-oriented with systems thinking and a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
- Ability to define success metrics, organize and analyze data, and present actionable solutions.
