Product Manager / Producer — Live Mobile Games

Own the business performance of two to three launched, revenue-generating mobile free-to-play games. Monitor product health, prioritize opportunities, lead development planning, and scale live projects through analytics, experimentation, and monetization.
Обязанности
- Monitor game health metrics and identify growth opportunities
- Develop product hypotheses and evaluate them against development costs and expected ROI
- Prioritize the backlog according to business goals
- Build roadmaps, define quarterly initiatives, and plan update content
- Assign work to the development team and conduct product reviews
- Ensure high-quality and timely releases
- Monitor post-release metrics and run A/B tests
- Collaborate with Growth and User Acquisition teams to scale projects
- Own the performance of two to three live mobile games
Требования
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Lead Game Designer, or Producer in mobile free-to-play games
- Hands-on experience running live projects beyond pre-production or soft launch
- Strong understanding of P&L and free-to-play economy metrics, including LTV, retention, ARPDAU, and ROAS
- Practical experience optimizing in-app purchase and advertising monetization
- Hands-on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests
