Lead the full product function for a growing mobile games portfolio, combining product strategy, development leadership, data-driven experimentation, and team growth.
Обязанности
- Own product strategy and day-to-day execution across the game portfolio
- Decide which products to scale, sunset, or develop next
- Coach and manage five product owners
- Analyze metrics, develop hypotheses, and personally review and test prototypes
- Build a structured hypothesis pipeline and prototyping standards
- Coordinate with monetization, marketing, and data teams
- Oversee the external partner studio as part of portfolio ownership
- Promote practical AI adoption across the product team
- Hire, develop, and retain the product organization
- Report product performance and major investment recommendations to leadership and the board
Требования
- Proven experience as a Head of Product, CPO, or Product Lead in mobile evergreen games
- Strong understanding of ad monetization economics, including eCPM, ARPU, ARPDAU, retention, LTV, and mediation
- Hands-on ability to analyze product data and test prototypes
- Experience combining product and development leadership, including development processes, release cycles, and prototyping
- Practical AI and no-code literacy for building automations and prototypes
- Upper-intermediate English or higher
