Lead the engineering work for a complex operational defense program, managing a systems engineering team and coordinating multidisciplinary development, integration, deployment, and customer delivery.
Обязанности
- Manage the engineering aspects of the program with project leadership and customers
- Lead a team of 5–6 systems engineers
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a matrix environment
- Manage development, integration, deployment, and operational implementation with the customer
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Israeli and international customers
- Provide technical leadership across radar, algorithms, software, and signal processing disciplines
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering, physics, or aeronautical engineering
- At least 3 years of systems engineering experience with interception or radar systems
- Team leadership experience
- High-level English proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking

- Experience developing interception systems
- Experience with multidisciplinary systems
- Experience with MATLAB or Python
- Experience in defense or operational systems
