An AI software company serving interior-space design businesses is hiring a mid-level Solutions Engineer in Tel Aviv. The role combines technical implementation, customer problem-solving, data modeling, and support for AI-powered 3D design workflows.
Обязанности
- Own multiple technical implementation workflows
- Analyze customer catalogs containing 10,000–100,000 rows with multiple properties and interdependencies
- Model customer catalog data in the company platform
- Implement and troubleshoot customer rules that support AI-generated 3D designs
- Develop last-mile solutions to provide data in customers’ required formats
- Own and improve internally developed AI tools used in these workflows
Требования
- Proven analytical or technical implementation experience
- Exceptional technical understanding
- A strong record of success in previous roles
- Availability to respond quickly to requests from US-based customers
- A positive, customer-oriented, can-do approach
- Willingness to learn and grow
