The hybrid position is based in Tel Aviv, with four office days and Wednesdays remote
Обязанности
- Lead enterprise customer implementations from kickoff through production launch
- Translate business and technical requirements into practical solution designs
- Build and configure AI-powered workflows, applications, automations, and integrations
- Work hands-on with APIs, data flows, enterprise systems, and code
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, stakeholders, user acceptance testing, and go-live
- Collaborate with technical teams and senior business stakeholders
- Measure business outcomes and identify additional customer use cases
- Work with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams
- Support post-sales delivery and limited pre-sales activity
Требования
- 5–8 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, professional services, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Proven ownership of complex B2B SaaS or enterprise software implementations
- Hands-on software development experience in at least one modern programming language
- Strong experience with APIs, integrations, configuration, and data flows
- Ability to design and personally implement technical solutions
- Strong customer-facing, project ownership, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

- Previous software engineering experience
