Lead multidisciplinary R&D projects and provide hands-on system engineering ownership from requirements definition through validation, production readiness, and handover.
Обязанности
- Lead multidisciplinary R&D projects through requirements definition, development, new product introduction, and production readiness.
- Plan project scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and risks.
- Own system-level technical responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define system specifications and oversee design activities against technical and business requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal, external, and matrix teams across mechanical, software, hardware, and systems disciplines.
- Characterize technical solutions, validate system performance, and lead knowledge transfer to production and service teams.
- Coordinate with marketing, R&D, operations, engineering, and production stakeholders.
- Report project progress and risks to management and support project decision-making.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably electrical or mechanical engineering.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience designing and developing multidisciplinary systems.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering and system development processes.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and project management tools.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills.

- Experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Electrical or mechanical engineering background.
- Experience with systems engineering processes.
