Lead systems engineering and technical certification activities across defense projects, from engineering development and testing through customer implementation. The role is based in Karmiel, Israel, and includes work with domestic and international customers.

- Manage systems engineering and technical certification for projects.
- Lead ongoing engineering activities, customer support, troubleshooting, and the interpretation and execution of experiments.
- Manage and guide multidisciplinary systems engineering teams.
- Contribute to the development of business-unit systems and customer proposal preparation.
- Conduct control reviews and lead decision points through customer implementation.
- Build collaboration with parallel projects and headquarters functions.
- Work closely with project managers and the lead systems engineer.
- Support multiple customers and projects at different development stages.
Требования
- Relevant engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, electrical, or software engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering design and/or systems engineering.
- High-level English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for customer and project activities.
