Join an early-stage enterprise AI analytics company as the technical owner for customers from initial technical discussions through go-live. Partner with customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable solutions in a high-ownership startup environment.
Обязанности
- Lead technical demos, product deep-dives, and proofs of concept during sales cycles
- Serve as the primary technical contact from contract signature through go-live
- Investigate customer-reported issues and coordinate technical resolution
- Provide occasional Tier 3 support for complex or escalated cases
- Implement and manage customer-facing analytics tools, including Apache Superset connected to a data lake
- Translate customer needs into scalable solutions with Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Develop technical processes and best practices for a fast-moving team
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or Technical Consultant
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills across data, APIs, and integrations
- Experience implementing or configuring business intelligence or analytics tools such as Apache Superset, Looker, or Tableau
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a startup environment with broad responsibilities
