Lead customer and partner deployments for a cloud platform, providing technical leadership, removing blockers, and accelerating workload adoption and value realization.
Обязанности
- Develop and orchestrate deployment plans across customer and partner teams.
- Onboard implementation teams, manage timelines and progress, and ensure deployment readiness, including capacity and training.
- Use coding, debugging, and systems design to resolve technical blockers.
- Track workload ramp from customer agreement through production consumption.
- Identify opportunities to expand workloads during project execution.
- Drive sustained product usage, customer value realization, and future renewals.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience with deployment planning, orchestration, or change management.
- Experience with programming, debugging, or systems design.
- Experience presenting to, engaging with, or influencing technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Fluency in English and Hebrew.

- Experience with infrastructure or application modernization, data management, analytics, cloud AI, networking, migrations, or security.
- Experience with Python or Java and technical work that accelerates customer deployment.
- Experience resolving technical and capacity blockers with product and capacity teams.
- Knowledge of cloud platform products.
