Lead a professional services engineering team responsible for delivering cybersecurity solutions and integrating new and existing platforms for customers.
Обязанности
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professional services engineers
- Perform technical integration activities for cybersecurity platforms and products
- Conduct end-to-end integration testing for product owner approval
- Analyze business requirements and clarify them with product owners
- Provide project managers with updates on deliverables
- Support operational teams with integrations and new requirement launches
Требования
- At least 3 years of experience in technical integration, system administration, IT, or post-sale activities
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Будет плюсом
- Cybersecurity industry experience
- Experience with CyberArk, Forcepoint, or managed file transfer products
- Security clearance
