Join a software company developing communications solutions. Help enterprise customers implement and integrate SaaS products, investigate technical issues, and work with customer and internal development teams. This is an early-career technical role, not a help desk or IT support position.
Обязанности
- Guide new customers through implementation and integration.
- Help connect systems using REST APIs.
- Investigate technical issues, analyze logs, and identify root causes.
- Coordinate with customer development and service teams and internal development and service teams.
- Provide advanced technical support and share product knowledge with customers.
Требования
- A computer science or software engineering degree, or a high-quality software development course.
- Up to one year of experience in software development or advanced technical support.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, and Postman.
- Good technical English.
- Strong self-learning, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Будет плюсом
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Familiarity with webhooks, authentication, and API integration.
- Experience working with technology customers.
- Ability to read C# code.
