Support technical pre-sales activities for global customers by developing solutions for complex requirements and coordinating across business development, engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, and customer service teams.
Обязанности
- Provide technical support for pre-sales activities and act as a technology expert for prospective and existing customers
- Analyze complex customer requirements and develop appropriate product solutions
- Build knowledge of customer applications and market requirements in target segments
- Coordinate between business development, R&D, costing, operations, quality assurance, marketing, process engineering, sales, and customer service
- Lead complex cross-organizational projects, monitor progress, and provide regular updates
Требования
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in post-sales technical support, application engineering, or customer support
- Working knowledge of technical support, manufacturing methods and procedures, production planning, and product cost structures
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and a recognized ERP system such as SAP, MFG PRO, or Oracle
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
