Lead a team responsible for validating advanced driver-assistance systems across customer hardware and software environments. The role combines team leadership, test planning, hands-on testing, system integration, and issue investigation.
Обязанности
- Lead and guide a team of system validation engineers.
- Coordinate with project managers to develop and execute validation plans.
- Work with research and development teams to establish test plans and investigate root causes of system issues.
- Test and evaluate system functionality and performance across hardware and software components.
- Drive test development and system integration methods.
- Execute manual tests and built-in automated test suites.
- Coordinate validation activities across multiple engineering departments.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience leading a validation team.
- Hands-on experience testing and validating embedded systems.
- Experience with communication protocols, data flows, interfaces, and basic networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
