Lead technology risk management and control processes across technology units, partnering with managers and senior leadership on strategic initiatives and regulatory requirements.
Обязанности
- Lead risk management and control processes across technology units
- Guide managers, teams, and core products across the organization
- Conduct risk assessments, identify opportunities, and implement controls
- Participate in cloud migration, AI solution implementation, and new system launches
- Remove process blockers and advance initiatives from a strategic business perspective
- Present risk insights and recommendations to senior management
- Lead implementation of regulatory requirements
- Track industry trends and innovation
Требования
- At least 5 years of significant risk management and control experience
- Broad understanding of technology and advanced platforms
- Familiarity with technology regulation
- Strong critical-thinking and process-improvement skills
- Ability to influence, motivate, and lead across multiple teams
- Experience working with senior management
- High-level English proficiency
