Lead the commercial, strategic, and operational management of domestic and international suppliers of avionics systems and electronic components for aerospace programs. Ensure supply continuity, quality, delivery performance, and cost optimization across the supply chain.

- Manage ongoing relationships with domestic and international avionics suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance using quality, delivery, cost, and service KPIs.
- Conduct periodic supplier reviews and manage supply-chain risks.
- Lead end-to-end procurement for avionics systems, electronic components, test equipment, spare parts, and engineering services.
- Prepare RFQs and RFPs, analyze proposals, and compare alternatives.
- Perform cost analyses and identify savings and efficiency opportunities.
- Manage purchase orders through receipt, including intake, inspection, and payment processes.
- Plan long-term procurement according to production forecasts and project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning, logistics, finance, and operations teams.
- Lead commercial and legal negotiations with suppliers in Israel and abroad.
- Prepare, develop, and manage framework agreements, procurement agreements, NDAs, SLAs, and supply contracts.
- Define commercial terms, monitor supplier fulfillment, and ensure on-time delivery to inventory.
- Renew contracts and lead negotiations to improve commercial terms over time.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contractual risk management.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, logistics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in supplier management, strategic procurement, or category management within aerospace, avionics, or electronics.
- Proven experience managing complex negotiations and leading contracts and framework agreements.
- Knowledge of RFQ, RFP, sourcing, and large-scale procurement processes.
- Experience working with international suppliers and managing global supply chains.
- High-level written and spoken English.
- Strong commercial and financial analysis skills, including an understanding of pricing models.
