Full-time UAV Pilot role in Modi'in, Israel, focused on fixed-wing UAV flight operations, system testing, pilot training, and operational documentation. The role includes international assignments.
Обязанности
- Conduct flight operations for fixed-wing UAV systems throughout development phases.
- Deliver theoretical and practical flight training to customers in Israel and internationally.
- Participate in laboratory testing and validation of system versions.
- Perform operational assignments at sites in Israel and abroad.
- Build and lead flight training courses for internal and external pilots.
- Monitor trainee progress, provide ongoing feedback, and evaluate trainees.
- Write and improve test reports, standard operating procedures, operational manuals, and other flight documentation.
Требования
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fixed-wing UAV pilot license.
- Operational experience with unmanned aircraft systems.
- Experience operating UAVs weighing more than 250 kg.
- Fluent, advanced English in speaking and writing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across matrixed teams.
- Strong communication, systems thinking, multidisciplinary understanding, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure.
