Обязанности

Monitor, operate, and control enterprise communications and computing systems around the clock
Identify incidents in real time, assess their nature, and understand their impact
Provide initial incident handling or escalate issues to the relevant specialists
Coordinate with support teams, systems administrators, and information security teams
Document and report incidents and faults

Требования

Required: knowledge of communications networks
Good English and full proficiency with computer applications
Availability for 3–5 shifts per week in a 24/7 schedule
Ability to work under pressure, with responsibility, self-discipline, and motivation

Valid level 3 security clearance; higher-level clearances are a significant advantage
Previous NOC or similar technical support experience
