Temporary nine-month maternity leave cover for a hands-on Social Media Manager in Haifa. The role manages organic social activity across global channels and works with regional teams, creators, and marketing partners.

- Develop and implement organic social media strategy across TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
- Create posts, tweets, videos, stories, and other content aligned with brand voice and objectives.
- Manage social media communities and collaborate with local content creators.
- Plan and maintain social media calendars for consistent content delivery.
- Coordinate localization and brand awareness initiatives with regional teams.
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and social media best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to maintain a cohesive digital brand experience.
- Analyze and report on social media performance and recommend improvements.
Требования
- At least 2 years of social media management experience for a global corporation, including organic growth.
- Demonstrated success growing and managing social media channels organically.
- Required experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar.
- Required experience with AI tools such as Gemini, NotebookLM, HeyGen, or Canva.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Hebrew.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in content creation, video production, and photography.
- Experience with TikTok and other short-form content platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
