Lead the digital presence of a social-educational movement serving young people in Arab society in Israel. Manage social platforms from strategy and content planning through real-time coverage and performance analysis.

Обязанности

  • Manage all organizational social media platforms
  • Build and lead monthly and annual content plans
  • Create high-quality, creative content tailored to different platforms and audiences
  • Film and produce videos, Reels, and Stories
  • Cover events, seminars, and activities in real time
  • Coordinate with internal teams to document and present organizational activities
  • Increase reach, engagement, and the digital community
  • Track performance, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement

Требования

  • Proven experience managing social media pages for an organization, company, or brand
  • Practical proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Ability to film and produce video content for social media
  • Creativity, initiative, and marketing-oriented thinking
  • Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and Arabic, written and spoken
  • Willingness to work flexible hours during events
