An advertising agency in Tel Aviv is seeking a Social Media Director to lead its social media department, manage client work, and guide the team’s creative direction. The role is full-time and on-site.

Обязанности

  • Lead the social media team
  • Manage departmental tasks in Monday.com
  • Work directly with clients
  • Coordinate with internal departments
  • Set and lead the department’s creative direction

Требования

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an employee at an agency
  • At least 3 years of experience in writing, creative development, and direct client work
  • Fluent Hebrew and excellent English
  • Full proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Strong working knowledge of AI tools for daily work
  • Creative portfolio
